How do I find you at the airport?

“Once you clear customs and immigrations, walk to the main exit door. We are outside the terminal building

You will be approached by vendors, before you exit the building; if you start talking with them; you will going to be there at least 45 min, and we are outside waiting for you do not listen to them and just keep walking, Please look for our staff outside the Airport terminal area they will be holding a sign with your name.”

I am traveling alone, do I have to pay for two people?

“You pay per vehicle, not per person. If there is 1 to 3 people on the vehicle you will pay one Price, if there is 4 to 7 people on the vehicle you will pay a different Price.”

Do we have to share a ride with other people?

“No We only do private service.”

What kind of vehicles are used?

“Air conditioned vans with a capacity of 2, 4, 6, and 8 passengers.”

What if our flight is delayed and we are not there at the designated time?

“You will have to get in contact with customer service for availability to set up a new arrival time reservation.”

Our flight is coming in very late. Can we still get a transfer?

“You must contact customer service for availability.”

Do we have to book a two-way transfer (return as well)?

“You can book One way, or Round trip, transfer hotel to hotel

Is there a limit on how much luggage we can take?

2 PIECES PER PASSENGER”

Are the driver’s experienced licensed bus-drivers?

Can I change my pick up time on my departure date?
